What is Channel Islands Pride
Channel Islands Pride is the largest annual celebration of LGBTQ+ life in the Bailiwick, bringing together thousands of people from across the islands and beyond. Held in Guernsey and Jersey in alternate years, Pride celebrates diversity, champions inclusion and creates a space where everyone is welcome to be themselves.
At the heart of the celebrations is our colourful Pride Parade, followed by a free Pride Village filled with live entertainment, community organisations, family activities, delicious food, music and opportunities to connect. Alongside the main event, a packed programme of additional events takes place throughout Pride Weekend, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
Channel Islands Pride is organised by Liberate, the Channel Islands’ LGBTQ+ charity. Every donation, sponsorship, hotel booking and after-party ticket helps make Pride possible while supporting Liberate’s year-round work providing support, education, advocacy and community for LGBTQ+ people across Guernsey and Jersey.
