🚨 The Word is Out! 🚨 ... and the results are in! 🏁🏁🏁

Here are our soon-to-be published poets and the titles of their beautiful pieces. Stick around for Channel Islands Pride on Saturday 7 September to read them in print in our free zine!

Thank you SO MUCH to all of our incredible poets who entered our first ever poetry open and independent zine, run by and for LGBTQ+ Channel Islander poets. 🌈✨ Our judges loved experiencing your art and had to make some very tough calls. We hope everyone keeps writing and getting their craft on page!

Thanks go again to our submissions team and judges for stepping in to steer the ship. We can`t wait to see how these amazing pieces are turned into a zine, and what the future may hold. For now, bring on #CIPride24!

Thank you again to all of our Word is Out! poets for entering our poetry competition ✍🏽 Our submissions team is busy compiling entries to design a beautiful zine of local poetry for Channel Islands Pride 2024. Here`s a little sneak preview of the process! 👀

All entrants will be emailed with feedback and importantly, we will post a copy of the zine to you if you can`t make it to #CIPride24. 📬

🏆 Four entries have been selected for an extra `Judge`s Choices` commendation, and all chosen writers will be announced on our social media VERY SOON.
